58th and Genoa - Oakland
On the corner of 58th and Genoa, erects an unlikely scenario amongst a natural environment. We introduced a modern barn in a field of victorians, without grace or posture, we define the corner with hard lines and simple planes, contrasting colors with bold materials. Our design intent is to make a statement, on every corner carries an architectural expression with refined characteristics. Keeping to the barn concept, we provided large front and rear patios, large windows and barn style perimeter fence with furnished landscaping.
