University of San Francisco is redeveloping their uphill site, consisting of two phases. New construction of Lone Mountain Residence Hall, Expanding the Lone Mountain Dining Commons, Relocating their Recycling & Waste Facility and Relocating or New ROTC Addition. Within this renovation, the first phase is redeveloping the existing Dining and a new detached 10,800 sf. Dining Pavilion on an existing open court overseeing the city.
