New construction of a mixed-use project, consisting a combination of 10 single-family dwelling Townhomes/Flats and 3 commercial Live/Work units. Amongst our first repetition projects in Piedmont, reflecting similar floor plans with different exterior architectural expressions. Our goal is to create similarity within the neighborhood with an grand presences. Designing with space, vold, and proportions allow us to capture and highlight the program internally for function follow form, creating a playful exterior motion with color, texture, and material.
