Blacksmith was one of the first projects I designed that had a really fun and complete interaction. The process of getting an ore, smelting it in the furnace and pouring that into any of the 3 weapon molds was full of player agency and set in stone for me the principles of fun games design. Interaction is key for blacksmith so pulling the lever requires players to pull he mouse down, tipping the mouse pours the furnace and players can even directly spin the grinder with their movements. Whilst simple these interactions were the most enjoyable features and that's something I'll never forget.
