We decided to look at jewelry specifically for the manufacturing technique. We took three unique production methods and made a handsome form for each.
We found three production methods: cold formed wire, cast for efficiency, cast for fine details.
Bending from standard stock makes a minimal cuff at a tiny cost.
Building a flat plane into the form and sculpting the rest makes removing the sprues easy and cheap.
Casting can make lots of details and texture. Let’s utilize that advantage.
