Architecture for Humanity - Cameron Sinclair, TED Prize winner and founder of the open architecture network, oversaw a weekend design charrette with interdisciplinary teams of undergraduate and graduate students.
Presentation Board - There are two main components to this project: a permanent structure and mobile unit. The permanent structure is for the Bhutanese to use as a cultural, educational, and sports center. The mobile unit makes stops in every major village, providing a computer lab and medical clinic to supplement the permanent facility. With the aid of their national sport, archery, to unite each village; this project is aiming to improve the lives of rural Bhutanese without infringing on their unique lifestyle.
