De-hospitalising the NICU and SCU - This project explores the potential impacts the design of the Neonatal ICU and SCU can have can have on all the individuals that inhabit the space.
De hospitalise is the name that has been given to the process of reducing the clinical and institutional feel of hospitals. It does not intend to make the space home like, but rather to change qualities of hospitals that make them uncomfortable and stressful for patients, their families and staff members.
