The Global OpCerts UI introduces a uniform online tool and process to clients for entering quarterly metrics required for calculating charges and fees owed to Visa.
The UI will provide options for entering metrics and validating that the data entered by the client is correct. The validated metrics are submitted for calculation on the OpCerts Global UI.
Client end users will be provided the calculated fees.
I took over the design of the UI and entire User Experience of the Project as per request of UX management at Visa.
Along with the business team stakeholders I refined functional requirements for the UI while providing UX flows and diagrams of the tool, screen mockups, visual designs and assets, and style guides for implementation.
UX engaged during UAT and user testing for the first release, as well as with the subsequent UX refinements.
