This application was designed for a company which facilitates the people to come together initiate the program and organize it. Some tasks are assigned to other members related to convene and also facilitate the meetings.

Requirement: User should be able to set the meeting, enter the venue details. Able to add and assign new tasks in or outside the convene. Also able to see who all have joined the meeting and take and publish the notes.
