It was a big client and we were at the end of 2017.
The timeline was very crunch and due to Christmas season it was very hard to get approval from client because he was on leave and working remotely.
I have sketched the plan and ask just 3 hours of client in a week. By just few iteration team reached its goal. Client's experience was extremely good, he was very happy that we didn't ruin his holidays and still nailed it.
