Scholary project, mixed use complex advocating the idea of work-live-lesisure. Consisting of trade and artist workshops, education spaces, and living studios for workers/ visiting craftsmen. Additionally masses shape a communal plaza where a local farmer's market would be hosted as well as other activities. Area of approx. 32200 sq ft.
