3rd Year Studio Project - 3rd Year Studio Major. Portable Alternative Energy; Marine Power. The concept is a portable, collapsible wind turbine for sailboat in the 25-40 ft range, capable of producing up to 120 W of intermittent power for charging Marine batteries. A mechanism was devised to collapse the blades with a simple twist of the nose cone.
