CIMS educational fun
This was a funny little piece I wrote using xtranormal a few years back to help promote our CIMS certification. When CIMS hit the industry there were a lot of FM's who didn't know what the certification meant. This pokes a little fun at the broad and overused "GREEN" buzzword. It's a bit "synergistic" lol.
