Victoria By The Lake is a thoughtfully designed multifamily residential development located in Tecumseh, Ontario, featuring 23 townhouses and 40 stacked townhouse units. I was responsible for the complete design of the project from scratch, ensuring the layout and features met the specific needs and desires of the clients. Throughout the design process, I maintained close collaboration with the clients to ensure the final result aligned with their vision. Additionally, I contributed to the Zoning application and Site Plan approval, preparing the necessary drawings and applications for regulatory approval. I also created renderings and imagery to visually communicate the design intent, helping stakeholders and the community better understand the future development.
