Scottish Ambulance Service First Responders: Form & System Redesign
This project was completed as part of a team, and it was greatly user focused. The brief was to redesign the current form used by Community First Responders to document their assessment of their patient which they can then hand over to the ambulance crew. As well as redesigning the form, we also introduced a mini form to improve the system.
