Apartment Renovation
Complete renovation to a 3 bedroom apartment starting from its architectural layout to its finishes ending with custom made furnishes. Changes where made to fit a family of 3 with the possibility of becoming a family of 4. The largest renovated part was relocating the guest bathroom, thus expanding the kitchen space. Also a master suite was created by dividing the existing family bathroom into 2; thus making a separate master bathroom and kid's bathroom. The extra bedroom was made into a private living/activity area which in the future could be changed into a 3rd bedroom.
