This is the Newest ML999 I've done. I've got two years worth of these that have made it to market and have another year's worth in the Pipe. Here are some more images posted on Hypebeast. http://hypebeast.com/2012/10/new-balance-999bnv-maroon-navy/
All purple suede upper combined with a black lining, tongue and laces. Doing the colors this way made the purple look more aggressive then if it were all purple.
ML574 Tennis Ball - This is a colorway that I threw together with some tennis ball colors thrown on it.
I used Neon Orange mesh along with washed out orange suede to give it a worn it look and the white and bright pops made the style stand out even more.
New Balance 574 Puerto Rican Pride - I'm excited for this collection to hit the market. I'm not sure at other companies how many Rican's have a hand in working on a Puerto Rico sneaker, but when I was at Fila none had a hand in the design of their version. So with this style the PM of this style and I are both Puerto Rican. To do this style we used material packages based off the Season Ticket style. I saw that the 574 already had a natural Patten in it's collar where the Rican Flag could sit perfectly.
ML999NYW I was inspired by the colors of the Blue Angels and tried them out on this existing material package of Suede, Mesh, and Reflective underlays.
WL501: this was a request to follow some colors and materials based off of a kids ML525 style that we had developed, so the goal was to add patent leather with syn suede and a mesh tongue without making it look like it was overkill.
ML574: The material package of Canvas and Suede is used for EMEA versions of the 574's because of how well this material mix does overseas.

30 Days of New Balance: ML999 - These Shoes were apart of the 30 New Balance shoes for 30 days program. These shoes were styles I did colors and materials for. It was great to see how a large portion of them were Standard In-Line designs that the people loved.

New Balance: ML999 YGB - Since the 996 Yellow Gray Black did so well, I decided to do a version of it for the ML999. It seemed to fit the bill well.
New Balance 996 - Colorways I did my first few months into working at NB. They just hit the market not that long ago and have got some great reviews.

ML525 Fall 09 Winter Colorway - This was the first shot I got at changing the material package of the 525. I changed it from having mesh in the upper to making it a synthetic upper, and adding perfs in the vamp. This changed the entire look of the sneaker. Also by adding the pop contrast stitching, it gave the design a new life.

New Balance Color & Materials

All of the projects you see in here are of existing styles that I worked on. I did either new colorways on the existing styles and/or changed the materials out as well.
