A Penny Saved is a Penny Earned

Today many people do not trust large banks. A regional credit union in Ohio wanted a new campaign to let customers know they are important. A new tagline "Integrity that Shines" was created. A strong new positioning statement "We see value in every member and in every penny" was launched with copy emphasis that every member is important and equal no matter how many pennies they have in their savings account. New corporate ad, website, and newsletter followed.
