This dance and music troupe, Anka Kusu was looking for not just a logo, but an identity, a brand. Loosely translated, the name means "bird of fire", a phoenix. "Raq'N!" became their slogan. It's a play on words, meaning "Dance!".
The design needed to show movement and grace, but also strength. In choosing a design such as this, they are able to put this on any contrasting color background, or print it an any color they choose.
