This commission was a lot of fun to do. The band works the whole 80's metal/goth retro image really well.
Because the overall style of the band is a spectrum of blacks, I had to work with textures as well as shading and tones in order to give life and variation to the leather, denim and hair.. I added color pencil to the eyes and lips to make it all pop.
