The red dots are where the air planes would land, while their trajectory would change with what cards were played.

Turbulence Revamp
The Turbulence Revamp is a theme revamping of the game Turbulence by A20 Boardgames on Game Crafter. It never made it out due to some of the components no longer being produced through Game Crafter.
Turbulence was a Hex map Airplane flying game. Where the hex tiles could be flipped, swapped, traded and turned to change course of airplanes flying along the paths. The goal of the game was to get all of your airplanes to their destination before your opponents. To do that you could play cards from your hand that look like airplane tickets.
The whole new theme was a World Traveler during the early 20th century where they would be flying to exotic locations all around the world.
