This image is based on my "Link's Midnight Ride" colour picture, but using the villain "Dark Link" instead from the same game (Legend of Zelda series). This piece won first prize! TokyoPop Manga ReConvention 2008 Manchester - The Lone Masked Ranger - My second entry for this competition depicts one of Nintendo's leading mascots (Nintendo sponsored this event) - Link from "The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess". The character is wearing the Hawkeye Target Mask for archery, inspired from the Western "shoot-out" stage in the game.
TokyoPop Manga ReConvention 2008 Manchester - Isuzu Sohma - A depiction of the character "Isuzu Sohma" from TokyoPop's popular graphic novel "Fruits Basket". The Sohma family are under a curse which transforms them into the animals of the Chinese zodiac - hence the horse behind Isuzu. Medium used - Crayola pencils on catridge paper.
