BalaBan is a system which locates vehicle position via GPS and transfers the coordinate and related vehicle information ( that is stored in an electronic chip inside the vehicle computer ) to police processing center every few seconds via communication satellites that cover the whole earth’s surface, therefore ; this chip must be mounted on all cars for an all-around monitoring. In police processing center, super computers analyse collected data and compare them to predefined data on digital map about current vehicle location( such as speed limit, No stopping, overtaking ban , etc in that place). If these two data don’t align with each other , traffic offence and it’s type will be determined. This processing center also informs drivers about road condition and laws by BalaBan interface on car screen. Lots of advantages come with that like: contacting emergency in remote areas, less involvement of police, insurance,etc, reduction of insurance rate,less physical monitoring equipment....
