Duchesses of Europe
A series of commissions for several duchess from various parts of Europe. The idea was to recreate the look and feel of renaissance pieces.
All images started with hand picking select images from over 500 photos. After finding the pieces that the photographer and myself felt would work together, we then spent over 10 hours on each image adding and subtracting parts of the images to make on grand final.
We wanted the images to look like paintings, with the children all looking like angels that you would see from 15th century paintings.
