The design concept is that there is no clear significance of ascending or descending between levels, rather as you progress through the space, you gradually move from one level to another.
Chemistry between colleagues aren't build overnight, it is a slow, subtle and amazing bond that builds up as we progress through the days, slacking and slogging together.
