Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine - Academic Building & Master Plan

The 141,000 sf, four-story NCOM Academic Building is the first phase of the four phase, ±22 Acre masterplan buildout. Construction of the project was slowed by the remediation of a historical landfill, wetland protection measures, de-watering installation, voluntary cleanup program of hazardous materials, micro piles at building footprints, and a soil gas/vapor evacuation system.
