SARS - This painting was inspired by an image I saw on MSNBC (The Year in Pictures, 2003) about the SARS virus and its impact on East Asia. This was done on Bristol in Acryclic.
Dusting off Ancient Artwork - This is just a fun little doodle I did in 2003 to experiment with positive and negative space. I decided to post it because it shows how far my work has come since then.
Self Portrait in D Minor - Just a little sketch done in Prismacolor and gouache.
Jayd - This is a portrait in encaustic with an egg-tempera base.
La Mancha Plains - To add a more artisan feel to the brand, I translated the clean vector appeal of the Spanish Vines logo to a more painterly illustration. The cheese itself is free-range sheep's milk cheese from the La Mancha region of Spain.
Spanish Vines - This portrait, done in Photoshop, is of the creator of Spanish Vines, Inc.
Jose Fernando of Finca La Venta, La Mancha, Spain - Jose Fernando runs a private vineyard in what is known as the "Golden Triangle" of Spain. Spanish Wines has imported his wine for distribution in the United States. This is a quick portrait of Jose Fernando for Spanish Vines.
