This piece is a side portrait of the singer Elvis Presley, it was created with the use of Graphic Fineliner Pens and a Black Sharpie. I love the outcome of this piece, I feel as if the hatching and cross-hatching add more of a third dimension to the piece but not in a drastic way, but rather very subtly in areas such as behind the ear and the eye lid. The finished piece has been framed and sits as my first piece of framed work.
This piece that I call 'Expletive Girl' was created completely digitally with a graphics tablet and use of the different tools in Adobe Photoshop. This piece was just to express my feeling about expletives and how they are really blown out of proportion and that at the end of the day they are simply words and for this reason they shouldn't be taken offence to as much as they are.
