OBJECTIVE: Design a Wellness Spa located on the fourth floor of 212 Newbury Street focusing on materiality and phenomenology as guiding principles.
CONCEPT: To design an airy and spacious spa above Newbury Street through use of materials, light, contrast, and tension.
