Dead Weight System of the conventional Pressure Cooker has been replaced by a Pressure Sensor. As there is no provision for stem to escape during its operation, the volatile Nutritional contents like Vitamin-B, C as well as the Aroma of the Food (which has a great importance in Indian Dishes) are preserved. Hence the Nutritional Loss is avoided.
