A campaign manager application using progressive disclosure. The user set's the general campaign information then selects from a set of parameters. Once the baseline data is pulled down the user may then fine tune his campaign via a mix of the selected parameters as well as a base set, this allows campaign adjustments without having to hit the database continuously.
While the created by field is dynamically populated the user first enters the campaign name, while there is an option for notes it is not required.
Once the campaign start and end date is entered the new campaign is now saved and will show on the campaign calendar.
At this point the user selects the financial vehicle, in this case mutual funds, this then drives the next available options and parameters.
Now the user can select the asset class and fund categories, once this is completed the appropriate parameters will become available as these parameters are driven by the financial vehicle data choices.
Time to chose the optional parameters, while there is a base set that will always be in play, these are purely optional, once selections are made the user will then select the "get results" trigger and populate the content area.
The user now has all optional and default parameters available and can begin to fine tune their campaign.
Once a campaign is created the user has the option to print out a campaign report for discussion and distribution. All images are work currently in development and subtle differences maybe included.

Campaign Manager

This project entails the creation of a SaaS campaign manager to assist Financial Sponsors in the targeting of advisors as potential clients. By using "secret sauce" data as well as a progressive disclosure model the Sponsors are able to upload their custom territory and region maps, overlaying those with our advisor region maps and then selecting and tweaking parameters to get the best possible sales coverage. This is a new foray into the sales space for our company and has been incredibly well received. While I am the only UI/UX resource on this project I work closely with a Sponsor advocacy group to test new features and collect feedback, Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and dev team members. Currently in Beta it is expected to launch in 2016 with the potential to bring in upwards of $20 billion dollars in AUM and $2.5 million dollars in revenue.
