SwooshDesk Salesforce Custom Service Cloud Design
This was a major redesign and rollout of a new CRM SaaS system, integrating 7 individual systems, as the service platform used by all Nike service agents world wide. This project was based on the creation of a custom SF record type including a custom header that gave users a true 360 degree customer view as well as work flows based on the top 10 customer requests, allowing agents to quickly identify the correct order and item, then handrails guided the agent through the appropriate workflow such as cancellations, returns and exchanges.
All designs were completed by me as i was the only UX Designer on this project. The Go Live PDF contains more project background.
