"Accents Speak Louder Than Words" - Furniture Row

Challenge: The client wanted to entice Furniture Row customers who have recently made a large purchase to return to stores by highlighting the value of purchasing accessories and accent pieces.

Creative Solution: We created whimsical direct mailer pieces that reflected the established warm brand tone, while also introducing a humorous personable concept that furniture has its own personality and the right personality speaks to the right owner.

Results: The campaign was received by 10,000+ customers and received a bounce back rate of between 25-35%, more than twice the number of return rates from previous efforts .
