-amparo-

Based on the use of cardboard, we develop a light-object to represent some of the rituals of the colombian pacific region. We wish to grand the user the chance to freely manipulate light, alongside different applications; -amparo- can be hanged, can be desk or ground-based or even wall-embeded. We seek to transmit the versatility that light provides when directed through an exuberantly simple object. -amparo- is built upon three main components: cardboard body, LED tape and colored plastic electric cable; both reinforced with stainless steel -seeking contrast as well- thus, enhancing the identity of the object.
