Illustration For Theatre Show

Ymist is a theatre production company currently performing shows based on the poem Voluspå.

In Norse mythology, three roosters will crow to signify the beginning of Ragnarok, the end of the world.

The first rooster to crow is named Fjalar, has red feathers, and will alert the mountain giants (the Jotun) to battle the Norse Gods, the Æsir.

This is told in the poem Völuspá, the first and best known poem of the Poetic Edda.
