Kaasana is a platform developed by Truelocalz. It is a CRM application built for travel agents and DMCs (Destination Management Companies). Currently, most travel agents do not have a proper tool to manage customer queries and usually rely on Excel sheets. To solve this problem, we developed a CRM application that records customer inquiries and helps create customized packages based on customer requirements.
The platform allows companies to register themselves along with all their branches. It supports adding multiple users with different access levels. Agents can also add supplier details—such as hotels, cars, holiday services, pre-purchased flights, and package information—to manage their inventory. Based on the customer’s request, the system can generate quotations that can be shared directly with the customer. Once finalized, the package can be confirmed, and an invoice can be generated. Currently, the payment flow is handled offline.
