EVENT DESIGN : BIRTHDAY PARTY

This birthday party was for a client who has been immersed in the music and sound industry all his life, as a DJ, audio producer, sound designer, and creative consultant for trade shows and retail spaces. This party celebrated life, friendships, and the good energy created by sound.

Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, the client wanted to take advantage of local goods and small businesses. Flowers came front the Pike Place Market, the caterer was a long time friend (that got started in the sound biz but then found her passion with food), and music was handled by a colleague. The room was enhanced with table clothes, green strands of lights, an eclectic array of vases and candles. A personal touch was added to the entry table with a tray of guitar cookies and a takeaway postcard containing a link to select music bites.

My service package includes timeline management, to help the event progress smoothly.
