Adam Craven

I am searching for a place that values creativity and provides an opportunity for advancement. I am looking for a job that provides a variety of challenging responsibilities that might include photography. Overall, I am looking for a place where I can continue to grow and learn as a professional designer.



I am a recent graduate from the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Studio and an emphasis of Graphic Design. Over the past year I have been learning a great deal about design through my course work at UNI and an internship with Mathis, Earnest & Vandeventer in Cedar Falls, Iowa. I have taken many courses in photography as well as specialized design courses in typography and publication.



Having a wide range of interests, I am adaptable to a variety of settings. I have learned to become a highly productive and energetic team player at ME&V. My responsibilities include layout and logo design. I have also done some challenging commercial photography ranging from product shots to architectural photographs. Through my photography work, I have gained a great sense of color and composition. I am growing in my ability to use type in a variety of ways. I am proficient in the use of a variety of design software programs and a variety of cameras.
