Here is a gathering of some rough and detailed A3 sketches of the landscape around where I live. I wanted to gain a different perspective of my surroundings. For example in my first drawings I have used darker pressures of my pen to indicate getting closer towards my view point, this allows the eyes to see how the landscape functions and changes over the larger distances. I’m fascinated by the environment and take great care for the landscape, I live in the surrey hills and as a result I have been influenced to draw what’s around me and try to capture the flowing details surrounding me.
