ENGL 174: Book Promotions and Publicity
Prepare a complete and thoughtful marketing plan for your original book idea. The plan must include budget line items (total budget will equal 20% of your sales estimate) and schedule/timetable, two advertisements--one targeted to the trade and one consumer ad--a publicity pitch letter and press release to the media, a social media component, a full catalog page, POP merchandising, and any other marketing or publicity vehicles you deem fit.
