Balance, 2013. This photo represents balance because there are doors on both sides of the picture, and there are two decorations at the same height on each side. The decorations create equal weight in the image. I increased the exposure of the photo to lighten it up.
Contrast, 2013. This photo represents contrast because there are multiple colors and they all have different sized shapes. I adjusted the curves of the image to make the colors blend darker/cooler.
Emphasis, 2013. This photo represents emphasis because the frog draws attention to the viewers eye. The bucket and floor are basic colors, but the frog jumps out at the viewer because it's blue. I adjusted the blue hue and saturation to make the frog stand out more.
Movement, 2013. This photo represents movement because the dog is in action. It is a little blurry, but that shows the movement going on in the photo (the dog is walking). It catches the viewer's eye because it is exciting. I adjusted the curves of the photo to make the dogs fur lighter and the background a little darker.
Pattern, 2013. This photo represents pattern because the squares repeat over and over again. They change colors from left to right and change shape from top to bottom. The elements are repeated in a variation pattern. I adjusted the exposure to make the picture darker so the colors/pattern stand out more.
Unity, 2013. This photo represents unity because all the branches come together as whole to complete the tree. If there were branches missing, the picture wouldn't be the same and it would look incomplete. I adjusted the brightness and contrast to make the leaves a little bit darker than before.
Artist 1, 2013. This photo represents color and pattern because there are multiple colors and there is a plaid pattern. I adjusted the hue and saturation to make the pants' colors darker.
Artist 2, 2013. This photo represents shape and emphasis. The vase and sticks show different shapes and the stick with the coil shows emphasis because it stands out from the rest of the sticks and catches the viewer's eye.
