I made this mermaid gown with organza peplum. this dress basically made from creme cotton stretch, combined with tulle and Batik Madura ( as the skirt). I cut and sew the Batik fabric and making a collage that going upwards in the front and back skirt. I was inspired by an eternity fire in madura ( fire that never die).
