The competition brief called for ideas that could be implemented in the design of various such facilities all over Haryana. The intent of our design was to design an all-weather facility that lent itself to a multiplicity of uses. Grade separation of the vehicular and the pedestrian circulation was used as a mechanism for allowing maximum unobstructed movement through the site.
