School project. Using AI and Photoshop, I created the following character. I decided to make this character simple yet, I wanted it to also have something to say. This character was meant to illustrate the transformation from indifference into optimism. Expressing his own optimistic message being "Why not, live life" (writing on his mug). I used the light blue color to express his innate calmness and simplicity, while using orange and pink letters to establish a contrast and emphasis on message. I chose pink for 'life' to give it some amount of vibrancy, and orange for 'why not?' since it's complementary with all the blue (improving the contrasting elements). Additionally, I decided to make the character shrug it off all in response to the original message, because why not.
