Edward Jones "Financial Advisor Diversity" initiative - Purpose: to increase qualified financial advisor candidates from the African American and Hispanic communities. This was accomplished with a 6-month running blog that featured weekly posts from current EJ advisors in the Dallas area. Some posts were copy only, others were videos we shot of the featured advisors. A series of banner ads also drove traffic to the blog.
Edward Jones "Notes of Thanks" campaign - Purpose: To increase qualified leads by painting a day in the life of an EJ financial advisor, and the many thanks and rewarding life their career has given them. We shot a one-minute video that lived on EJ's career site and drove traffic there through the various social channels. We also created an elegant French-folded 'storybook' that gave the actual stories of EJ advisors and the amazing appreciation they had received from their clients.
