Dino Chaise - Dino was envisioned as an easily assembled compact chaise lounge for the urban nomad- people who move often from apartment to apartment in the city.
Dino can be disassembled and moved as needed. Dino is constructed from one sheet of 1/2” 4’ x 8” plywood which was cut with a CNC machine. The pad is made from 1/2” closed cell foam whose pattern was cut with a waterjet.
The pad is designed to cover only the parts of the chair that your body touches. The large zone with no holes indicates the location where one sits to be properly positioned in the chair. The pattern of holes also gives a glimpse at the spine of the chair from above.
