Disappearing Youth - This little three year old boy, Cole, is a close family friend’s son who I am able to photograph frequently. I believe the title of this photograph says a lot about the meaning behind the shot. I see several kids and young people wanting to grow up past their years, including Cole.
He was anxious to sit behind the wheel and talk on the phone. He had no problem leaving behind his toys for this opportunity to look cool. He also had zero problem giving me the right attitude for the perfect shot.

This is a very personal photograph I took of my best friend, Ashley. Her scars slightly reveal apart of her past and her triumphs. This is not a photo about cancer or disease this represents only Ashley. Her chipped nailpolish and worn braceletes scream to me only Ashley.
