This hands-on exhibit invites young minds to become problem solvers in the face of climate change. A unique collaboration between LEGO’s global Build the Change initiative and the Florida Atlantic University Risk and Resilience Hub, the installation combines imaginative play with real-world sustainability challenges.
Children are empowered to think like engineers, urban designers, and conservationists as they use LEGO bricks to explore design challenges inspired by South Florida’s changing environment. From protecting sea turtle nests and reimagining coral reef systems, to designing nature-integrated urban spaces and innovative seawalls, visitors are encouraged to envision a future where humans live in harmony with nature.
Through storytelling, interactive prompts, and collaborative building, it nurtures the next generation of changemakers one brick at a time.
