SHIMMER Flags
The Shimmer installation is a series of gold flags which act as constantly transforming optics, reflecting light in chaotic fashion. The wind direction and intensity determine the movement of the flags and resulting light, closely resembling the appearance of the sun's luminescence on a body of water.
