Project 500 - A promotional poster proposal celebrating the 40th anniversary of Project 500, an initiative to desegregate the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign during the 60s. Influences stem from African textiles and Black Panther Party colors to create a sense of celebration and pride.
Hip Hop Information Technology Tour (HHITT) - HHITT is an in-progress project created to get African American kids interested in the fields of information technology and science through Hip Hop.
The focus of the program is the creation of a tour bus with onboard workstations and games involving Hip Hop, mathematics and science. The bus would travel to inner-city neighborhoods across the country to engage kids. The imagery on the buswrap reflects this combination of Hip Hop and technology. .
Pi DVD cover - Redesign of Pi DVD cover for class project. Concept takes from the character Max's line about looking up at the sun as a kid. The sun represents nature and the natural order of the golden spiral, which is key to the film.
